1. Registration Fees

    • Lunch will be provided for full day workshops.

2. How to Register

Registration policy

    • All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online using the Online Registration System.
    • The Conference is now open for registration. Last day of online registration is 9th April 2025 (Wednesday – 2 weeks before the conference).
    • A discounted Early Bird registration fee is provided until 31st January 2025 (Friday) 16th February 2025 (Sunday) for those who are highly interested in the conference.
    • For oral or poster presenters, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by 31st January 2025 16th February 2025 (Sunday).
    • Registration will only be confirmed when the fees are paid in full. You will receive an official receipt confirming your payment.

 

Methods of payment

    • Payments through the website for e-wallet and credit card are processed by third-party service providers, namely iPay88 and Stripe respectively. Upon initiating the payment, you will be directed to their  website.
    • The following options are available for individual registrants:

·       Bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.

·       Please make payment before registering online as registrant is required to upload proof of payment for verification.

Fill in your personal information and click the “UPDATE” button Click the “DASHBOARD” button and choose the relevant registration category.

At the bottom, select the preferred payment type and click on the “PROCEED” button. You will be directed to the payment gateway to complete your transaction. Once payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Group registration

    • Group registration for the conference is applicable for international delegates, when 10 or more delegates from the same institute participate.
    • Delegates in such group will enjoy a 10% discount.
    • For local participants, please contact the secretariat for group registration. 10% group discount will not be offered for local participants.
    • Please note that group registration is only applicable for individual institution (e.g. same university) and not national institution/foundation.

    • Upon receiving your registration details, you will be notified on the total amount due, and the payment link will be provided.

3. Registration Term and Conditions

Registration fees and entitlement

    • The conference registration fees include entrance to the main conference from 24th April 2025 (Thu) – 26th April 2025 (Sat), access to all the scientific sessions and exhibitions, the welcome reception, all meals during refreshment breaks and lunches, as well as shuttle services from major hotels in the city centres to the conference venue and vice versa.
    • Gala Dinner ticket is sold on a first come first served basis. If you would like to join the Gala Dinner, please select the option when filling out the online registration form.
    • The entrance fee for workshops on 23rd April 2025 (Wed) is charged separately, and  also sold on a first come first served basis. Please register separately in the Online Registration System.

 

Fee structure

    • The classification for registration fees is based on the World Bank classification system. Please refer to this link to find out the classification of your country.
    • There is also a separate charge for local (Malaysian) delegates. Local (Malaysian) delegates are defined as those with a Malaysian identity card AND currently working in Malaysia.
    • International delegates who are APHN members are provided a discounted rate. Please ensure that your membership is active before registering for the conference. You can join APHN or renew your membership here.
    • Local undergraduate full-time students are also provided a discounted rate. A full-time student must be enrolled at an education institution for the academic school year 2024-2025. Students must upload a Student ID card or letter from the institution as proof during registration.

 

Passport and visa to enter Malaysia

    • You will require a valid passport, valid for at least 6 months as a form of official identification.
    • Citizens of many countries do not require a visa to enter Malaysia. Check here Visa – Malaysian Immigration Department (imi.gov.my) to see if you need a visa to enter Malaysia.

 

Rights and liability of the organiser

    • The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the event due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, full refund will be made within 14 days via the same method payment used. However, the organiser will not be liable for other associated costs, for example accommodation and travelling expenses, and any inconveniences incurred by delegates due to the cancellation. Delegates are advised to arrange for their own travel insurance.
    • The organiser will also not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during the duration of the conference.
