Conference Bus Transfer

Please note that the conference venue, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), is located approximately 8 kilometres from Kuching city centre.

To facilitate transportation, the conference organizer will provide free bus transfers from three leading hotels in the city centre to the conference venue. The bus will be stationed at the following hotels:

1. 1. The Waterfront Hotel
   2. Grand Margherita Hotel
   3. Pullman Hotel

Additionally, the Gala Dinner will take place on Friday, 25^th April 2025, at the Riverside Majestic hotel, which is also located in the city centre.

You are strongly encouraged to stay at a hotel near these 3 pick-up points to enjoy the free shuttle service to and from the conference venue. There is a variety of hotels at different price points within walking distance of these locations.

If you miss the bus, prefer to travel independently,  wish to depart for the venue later, or leave early, you can use e-hailing services, which are affordable and widely available in Kuching.

The UCSI Hotel Kuching is the only hotel within comfortable walking distance of the conference venue. However, please note that if you choose to stay there, you will need to arrange transportation should you wish to visit attractions in Kuching.
